Our goal is to have satisfied customers that return to our online store often and recommend us to their friends. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an e-mail with any details and concerns to info@web474.com.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern the business relationship between us and you. By placing orders on our website, you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. References to “us”, “our” and “we” are to our online store.
Items listed on our website and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND SECURITY
Each registered customer will receive a password and designated account after completing the login process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your own password and account and for all activities that occur under your password and account. You agreed to notify WEB474 Graphics of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and ensure that you log-out of your account properly at the end of each session. WEB474 Graphics will not be liable for any loss or damage of your information and contents stored in the site caused by failure to comply with the agreement stated in this section.
CANCELLATION
Because we sell custom products, all orders are final. You are responsible for verifying all order details prior to submitting your order.
WEB474 Graphics reserves the right to decline any order that we deem to be degrading, defamatory, pornographic, profane, libelous, immoral, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal. A full refund will be issued for any orders that we decline.
COPYRIGHTS
By supplying artwork, digital files, logos, and photos to WEB474 Graphics for reproduction, customer represents that he/she has the usage right to reproduce such material and does not violate any copyrights, statue, law, ordinance, or government regulation. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold WEB474 Graphics harmless from all losses, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that WEB474 Graphics may suffer as the result of any claims of such violation or alleged violations.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
The customer understands that all information, photographs, graphics, data, text, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that the customer, not WEB474 Graphics, is entirely responsible for all Content that is sent, uploaded or stored. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, the customer agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
CUSTOMER FURNISHED MATERIALS
All artwork furnished by the customer such as photos or vectored artwork shall be produced and delivered to meet WEB474 Graphics specifications. Quality of output is directly related to the quality of customer supplied input.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DESIGNS
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. WEB474 Graphics does not hold any responsibility for accidental damage to the digital files or images supplied by the customer. No claims or promises can be made in regard to WEB474 Graphics ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format until evaluated by WEB474 Graphics. WEB474 Graphics reserves the rights to store, transfer between systems, or dispose of such files without notification to the customer.
ORDER PLACEMENT
All online orders are prepaid at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email notification that your order is pending shortly after placing your order. After your payment has cleared and we have reviewed your content, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is in production. You must ensure that the terms of your order, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate. If we decline an order due to content (see Cancellation section) you will be notified via email.
All online sales are final (see other sections of this document for more detail). WEB474 Graphics reserves the right to decline any order that we deem to be defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal. A full refund will be issued for any orders that we decline.
PROOFING
WEB474 Graphics will provide an electronic proof to the customer before the product is produced. Online proofing reflects the content and layout of the design only, not actual color of final product. Due to variability in settings of individual monitors and printers, actual colors may vary slightly from the proof. The original JPEG proof plus 1 revision, if needed, will be generated and sent to customer for online approval of layout of images, graphics, copies and other non-color related contents at no additional cost. If you realize that you have submitted the wrong file or decide to make content revisions after viewing the first proof is approved, there will be a $30 rework charge added to your bill for for creating a second design.
TELECOMMUNICATION
WEB474 Graphics will not be liable for any transmission cost incurred from the result of transmission error. The customer will pay for extra costs caused by such incidents
USER DATA
Upon registration, you agree to provide true, complete and accurate information about yourself and/or your company in the required fields as prompted by the online store’s login form. User data and your company information about you and/or your company are subject to our Privacy Policy. For more detail information please see our Privacy Policy.
USE OF SERVICE
The on-line service is provided to the public "As-Is". No responsibility will be held by WEB474 Graphics for the lose of data during file transfer or not archiving any digital file that you or any other person supplies.
